Client Relationship Manager

A Client Relationship Manager is responsible for assisting consumers in identifying appropriate mortgage products. She or he will originating mortgage loans through solicitation of builder and developers, real estate brokers and agents, financial professionals and attorneys, as well as through her or his personal and social networks.

Specific responsibilities:

· Researches mortgage products

· Manages advertising campaigns

· Performs and documents complete interviews with applicants while obtaining and providing all required documentation as applicable to the process

· Establishes and maintains customer database files

· Promotes Georgia Lending Partners and its affiliates through involvement in community activities and organizations

· Recommends new service processes and standards

· Looks for new and improved methods of handling client interaction. This includes changing procedures as needed to ensure the level of service at Georgia Lending Partners is second to none

· Works closely with all office personnel to ensure smooth processing of client files

Requirements:

· Experience is desirable, but we may be willing to invest in training for qualified applicants

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to analyze complex financial decisions

· Strong Morals and Character
