Bill Bulloch is a former Georgia mortgage professional. He worked in the mortgage industry from 2004 to 2009. His later roles included Director at Fiber Mortgage (2020–2022), branch manager at American Pacific Mortgage and Homespire (2022–2023), and Director of Strategic Initiatives / Mortgage Broker at Amstar Mortgage Network (2023–2024). He holds an MBA from Quantic and a BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
